<3000 SF appointment should be scheduled to 30 mins before sunset and 1 hour after.

Notes for photographer (**IAN): The reason for the shifted time is because agent doesn't like long shadows in the images. Take photos of interior areas that do not have shadows, then move to the Twilight exteriors, then return to any areas that were not captured previously. Someone will be onsite if you have any questions.
